Board of Directors 

The Alumni Association Board of Directors (Board) is comprised of one chapter representative member (elected or designated) from each of the active VSUAA alumni chapters. Each representative member serves on the Board for a two-year term. The Board elects its seven Executive Board officers from these representative members. The Immediate Past President, Historian, Parliamentarian, and the University Alumni Relations Officer all serve as ex officio members of the Executive Committee.

Board members promote the Association's mission, serve as a voice for VSU alumni, recognize alumni achievements, cultivate a pipeline of alumni volunteers, and support alumni and pre-alumni chapters.
