• Alumni Engagement Metrics 2018-2019 Open or Close

    Chapter Presidents and Board Members,

During the August 2018 board meeting, Ms. Charmica Epps (VSU Director of Alumni Relations) mentioned a new initiative from the Office of Institutional Advancement - the tracking of various engagement metrics.  One metric that will be focused on is alumni engagement; that is, the active involvement of our alumni with respect to activities that promote and support the University.

With that said, please click on this spreadsheet link and submit a list of attendees to such events as community service opportunities, fundraisers, recruitment activities, mentoring opportunities, social/political action initiatives, or other events your chapter has held.  PLEASE NOTE: we are not looking for attendance at your monthly chapter meetings.  If you know the graduating year of the attendees, you are asked to provide that information as well.  If you have not been tracking your event attendance, please consider putting measures in place to collect such information in the future (at a minimum, the first and last names of participants).

From here on out, VSUAA will be requesting this information on a monthly basis.  Please complete a separate spreadsheet for each event your chapter has held since July 2018, and submit these rosters by COB on Friday, November 30th to VSUAA Vice President Michael Rainey at This email address is being protected from spambots.
